English term or phrase: drunk-mocking
I do enjoy drunk-mocking strangers at parties.

Can I put like "judging people at night club or places like that." or "Drunk" should be included?

agree  Catharine Cellier-Smart: I think it's important to keep drunk because IMO if you're drunk-mocking someone you're doing something that you probably wouldn't do if you're sober. I can understand the asker's reticence to mention alcohol, but I feel it's necessary to keep it here.

agree  Phyllis Ang: Agree. The word 'drunk' should stay. It is a key word which explains the person's actions, like Catharine wrote.

All 7 were actually drunk.

Maybe it is a cultural thing, but I have never heard of anyone who enjoys going to a party, so they can pretend to be drunk in order to mock others. A person like that wouldn't be invited to many parties, in my opinion.

neutral  Tony M: I don't think that's what it actually means; I believe in fact it means mocking people when you are drunk (or pretending to be), so you can get away with saying things you wouldn't be able to get away with if people believed you were sober.

-> Never met an Irish person who would go to the bother of pretending!!! : )

disagree  Daryo: from ALL the samples I could find so far on the Web, it's the one that does the mocking that is drunk, NOT the targets of the mockery. Do you have any proofs to the contrary?

-> Hi Daryo, I've added some examples. Can you share your own, please. I'm interested, as I could find none.
