English term or phrase: aggressiveness vs. aggressivity

When talking about soil, do we talk about its "aggressiveness" or "aggressivity"?

And does "aggressivity" have a plural form in this particular context (e.g. if several soil measurements are taken)?

I have seen both used - soil aggressiveness and soil aggresivity. I would, however, stick to the singular (aggresivities does exist, but I would suggest not using it in this case)
