i am a results-oriented person I am a results-focused person / l have a results-focused attitude. Explanation: In HR is better to use "focus", as it is not about a spacial orientation, but a future envisioning. I would prefer to relate it to an attitude, not to my person. Normally, attitudes are chosen or learned, personal traits are inner and not easy changeable. Use the language aware of this. My recc. |
