love (my) work so much it's not like work at all Explanation: demon for work is perfectly fine and English natives would know what it means though it depends on the register of your text. So you could rephrase it as I suggest. It just means that the person speaking is so passionate about their work and loves it so much that it doesn't really feel like they are working (so they can can easily just go on working for hours on end with no problem). It doesn't necessarily mean they are prolific though! Just because they might work long hours doesn't mean they are prolific. They could be perfectionist or keep trying out new things or new media etc. |
