Asker: thanks David, but I would like to understand if this party is going to continue or carry on what kind of obligations??, and if so, is this party the adherent party that shall continue the obligations after the outgoing party or" transferee" will transfer and\or sell its shares? actually, there is no legal or business definition referring to the actual meaning, and what the powers such party shall have in the company or in the adherence agreement.
