It's in this sentence:

"Both you and your customers can manage their networks how they best see fit."

I'm not sure what this means exactly, can someone explain? Thanks.

agree  Tony M: Yes, although the source text EN is defective: they've sought ineptly to combine two idioms, but failed. 'best see fit' really doesn't make a lot of sense. / You can't really use the adverb 'best' if it is qualifying the verb 'see' here.
