- See, that's what I thought. Since the HK reference was not included, I could not know at that time what "other parts" (of Asia) referred to, since the only thing before the "and" was "Australia." And because something like this can happen to me too (thinking about including something, then not doing it, but forgetting to remove some word, so it's still visible), I made a friendly joke (hence, the smiley), nothing meant offensively.

Nothing like that! 1) In first Googling the phrase, HK came up, but I did not include any reference to HK originally as the Asker may not take kindly to it (but did so in my reply to you). Then, I found references to its usage in Australia (simple!), where Australia use for example "cheque butt" meaning "stub", whereas the UK for instance use "stub". Nothing to do with any four-continent models at all, just simple geography! In any event, it is a non-issue. Regards.

I first followed your Australian references one by one; then you said "Australia and other parts of Asia" and it got me confused because I thought I overlooked a reference to Asia, until I realized you had not given one previously.

Afterward, I was scrambling to get a hold of the different continent models because I thought I had forgotten how all of them list the different continents - but each one starting from the four-continent model has Australia as a separate one.

That's why I said don't take it to heart; you probably had the Hong Kong reference up while typing and just got it in there subconsciously (or something to that effect). Happens to me as well. No big deal.
