at the same time Explanation: For your phrase to make sense, there has to be another sentence somewhere in the context, possibbly for an associated offence, and the two sentences run at the same time, rather than consecutively. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 50 mins (2017-03-13 09:03:17 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- What is missing is a phrase such as "for each count", e.g. "Defendant to be imprisoned for 9 months (for each count) concurrent with each other."
