Does anybody knw the difference between these two terms??? Based on this work I've understood that cast means to give an order using body languaje and comman is only to give an order... Am I right?

cast
to send (dog) off in a particular direction

Explanation:
A cast is usually done with a hand-signal. Commands are for anything else, usually vocal, but could also be by gesture.
