English language (monolingual) [PRO]
Medical - Medical (general)
English term or phrase: K/L/O
"Clinical history: C/o shortness of breath. Right recurrent pleural effusion. K/L/O: breast cancer - mastectomy (right). No evidence of metastasis. CT: right pleural effusion. Operation: Right VATS and parietal pleural biopsy."

The fragment is from a histology report for pleural biopsy from Cardiff. Does anyone know what "K/L/O" stands for? Any input is great.

Thank you!
