Selected answer:clinical fellowship
Explanation:
I have no evidence for this but I think it must be the explanation. There's no such thing as a "clinical overship", as far as I know, but clinical fellowships in US medical centres are absolutely standard. I don't know how the mistake arose.

Here are a couple of examples from the same university:

"7/2013-2016 Clinical Fellowship, Hematology and Medical Oncology, University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, Dr. Robert Wolff"
http://faculty.mdanderson.org/John_Livingston/Default.asp?SN...

"7/2008-1/2011 Clinical Fellowship, Medical Oncology, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX"
http://faculty.mdanderson.org/Sapna_Patel/

A clinical fellowship is a period of postgraduate medical training.

agree  Tina Vonhof (X): My guess as well. It is not unusual for a practicing physician to do a fellowship in some specialized area under supervision of a known expert, wherever he/she may be. The 'where' is clear from the institution's name and location.
