Children Isle

I immediately thought of a place where hospitalised children can play. Perhaps they're allowed to get out of bed and play with toys and/or other children, although I really don't know if such places exist.

It's pure guesswork on what we have. I'm certainly not going to suggest an answer! You're right about the capitalisation, but then again that may or may not mean anything; I'm translating a Spanish document at the moment in which practically every other word is capitalised!

Some people write "isle" when they mean "aisle"; they sound the same. An aisle can be a passage between rows of seats, and in the United States it's sometimes applied to the passage between beds in a hospital ward. So "children isle" might mean "children's aisle", referring to the children's ward or children's area of a ward in a hospital.
