I have given up on salvation
Explanation:
Shirley, this reminds me of gospel music (hip hop?), along the lines of what DC talk did back in the '90s. It sounds like a Christian or, perhaps, anti-Christian message. See below for further explanation.

1) Cancel my subscription to the resurrection = I have given up on salvation
2) Send my credentials to the house of detention = I am going to Hell
3) I got some friends inside = I know some people who have already ended up there. (possible to another interpretation)

HTH. Cheers,
R.

Oops! 'possible to another interpretation' should read 'another interpretation possible' (ahem;-)

cancel my subscription to the resurrection
do not resurrect me, I do not want resurrection

Explanation:
Of course, there's a certain degree of poetic license when it comes to lyrics, but that's what the lyricist seems to say. 'Canceling subscription' (as though of a magazine) is like saying "I do not wish to receive it anymore."

neutral  Mark Berelekhis: Hi Robert. I was actually thinking something very similar, but couldn't bridge "resurrection" to "salvation" or heaven or the like. Seing as 'salvation' is just as good a rhyme for 'detention' as 'resurrection,' why wouldn't the lyricist just use that?

-> Rhyme isn't important here, Mark, but meaning: detention -> eternal punishment -> Hell; resurrection -> Jesus Christ -> salvation -> everlasting life with God

I have no wish, whatsoever, to be resurrected/to be brought back

Explanation:
And I entirely agree:-)
Personally speaking and in real time, have no wish for either resurrection or reincarnation on my demise...unless to a far "healthier and more humane" world.

As regards: "send my credentials to the house of detention"
This may refer to [in the RC religion] as "Purgatory" [doesn't say whether temporary or permanent "detention"]. If temporary, it would mean "Purgatory" and if permanent, well, where else:? Hell, with old Nick himself.
I also agree with the author as regards "a lot of friends inside". I probably have more friends in there than out here.

rejection of Christianity

Explanation:
penned by Jim Morrison of The Doors in the late 60s in their song "When the Music's Iver". The message is that the author no long believes in there resurrection of Christ, therefore rejecting Christianity, and perhaps religion altogether
