something wrong with the sentence? Diddles by the opposite hand SAVE a whole stroke's worth... Explanation: The opposite-hand diddle covers for the leading hand's move to another spot on the kit. It's a timesaver, in a sense. I agree that a word is missing, but it appears to me that the writer is pointing out the advantages of doing a diddle with the opposite hand, not complaining that it takes up time. |
