The collaborations are tend to be
1) sporadic because the teachers and/or collaborators do not take into consideration the entire curriculum,
2) one-sided, because the coordinators only respond to teachers’ requests, and
3) limited because teachers rarely know about the community.
・Therefore, mutual collaborations are required to achieve success.

Should sporadic, one-sided, and limited start with the capital letter?
