I have two types of folders to translate into English, but I cannot find the right terms in the dictionaries. Could you please have a look at the links below and tell me what they are called?

Explanation:
I think I'd call them folders, but if they hang from a rail they are "hanging files". Look at the website below to see what they call similar things. I'm not convinced there's a fixed nomenclature, but if they hang or have stiff covers, they are definitely files. If they have floppy covers, they are more likely to be a folder!
