English term or phrase: keep your travel plans a secret
The phrase comes from here: http://www.raineandhorne.com.au/properties/358575

"The double garage has auto roller doors, drive through & internal access + any travelers will delight in the purpose built caravan carport, big enough to house a full size van & discreet enough to keep your travel plans a secret! "

What does "keep your travel plans a secret" actually imply? Why the owner has to keep their travel plans a secret?

Selected answer:prevent potential burglars from knowing you will be away from home
Explanation:
The garage is big enough to hide a caravan or mobile home from people passing in the street, so that when the vehicle is absent - because the owner is travelling in it - nobody knows that the house is empty and thus a target for burglary.

here: let you pack your van without others knowing

Explanation:
Im my opinion the clue of this expression is that the vehicle can be packed without others seeing it. Usually packing the large car before a trip involves a couple (dozens) of smaller or larger bags and other stuff and takes a while, so a burglar can easily spot that.
