disagree Edward LIU : 'Spindle of yarn' is acceptable in English, but isn't 150,000 spindles of yarn too small for the annual output of a mill?

It would of course depend on the size of the mill and the size of the spindles..two of the references above have even smaller annual outputs..your comment and disagree would probably have been better as a note to the asker
