allows for Explanation: I'm pretty sure the writer has slipped up here; it's a mistake I've seen on more than one occasion, that "includes" has been used instead of "allows for". Another possibility is that (s)he has just left out "is calculated". If you read it that way, it does make sense - to put it in longhand: If a crane-operated warehousing system is calculated to include /(or) take account of the weighing of all pallets and the rejection of all pallets weighing more than the design load of the rack, the load factor for unit loads may be reduced to 1.3 |
