As I indicated below, the marriage is consummated, not the wife. Check any dictionary.

The exact text I've translated is: "The aforementioned Divorcer, ....divorces his consummated wife [wife's name], daughter of .... with above particulars as an irrevocable divorce"
Yes. she is her legal wife and they are going to divorce. The importance of "مدخوله بها" is when the woman is "مدخوله بها", after divorce, she has to keep "Iddah" or postmarriage waiting period.

yes, and again just to clarify, we would not say "consummated wife"...the proper grammar would be "...the wife, having consummated the marriage..."

It is the marriage which is consummated, not the wife.

Many thanks for the invaluable participation. I just checked Oxford Dictionary and it looks that 'Consummated' can perfectly work: make (a marriage or relationship) complete by having sexual intercourse.

I would NOT recommend using this word...it really has a negative connotation, meaning the woman lost her virginity against her will or through seduction. It is not a word we would normally use to describe losing one's virginity after getting married.

I could not find any specific legal meaning associated with "deflower".

I would recommend something completely neutral, such as: "...the wife, having consummated the marriage,...."

I think "deflowered wife" is the right choice, one of my English friends offer "consummated wife" too.

As far as I know, this is a legal term used in Divorce Documents to say that the woman is no longer virgin. With reference to the texts referred to in www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=deflowered, it seems that Deflowered can be a good equivalent. Open for discussion however...

can you give some more context?...Is this a simple description of the woman? That is, simply, she is no longer a virgin? Is it an accusation of some kind? Was she sleeping with another man?

Interestingly, since I started researching this term I realized that we don't have a simple antonym for virgin. The words/phrases we use tend to indicate "how" the woman became a "non-virgin".
