Regarding کالبدی فضایی if you Google "spatial framework" there are numerous examples of this usage in your context.

Given that most of these engineering terms in Persian originally come from English (mostly) and given that "physical/structural/spatial" already have generally used translations, I was looking for collocations that fit with the underlying meaning of کالبدی and "framework" looks to be the best candidate for the original English.
