Thanks for the 3 links. Unfortunately, these links do not constitute strong examples of collocation.
The first one is a circular definition...using the same translation from Persian to English.
In the second one Mass is a short form of Massachusetts, where the company is located.
The third one is a company in Australia, with no further information as to what they do.

I just tried it again and cannot find any realistic results...you can find a lot occurrences of "mass construction" but they have nothing to do with the Persian meaning here...there are several examples of "thermal mass construction" but "mass" is here is connected to "thermal", not "construction"
There are a number of examples where "mass" is the abbreviation for Massachussetts, and is part of the company name.
Again, I would refer everyone to http://corpus.byu.edu/coca/ to compare the results of "mass construction" with "mass production" or "mass destruction"...it is clear that "mass" cannot be used everywhere.

Actually, the Persian expression sounds odd to my ears. Does anyone else agree?

As I explained in my suggestion box, I failed to find well-founded google hits for "mass-construction company" (to match up to the substance of term of inquiry). Could you please provide me with the google hits you ran into? Thanks.

Thank you for your point. But it is really strange for me you say mass doesn't collocate with construction....please just search it by google...then you can find plenty of examples used in different contexts. It is as common as boy in boyfriend.....
