خبر ديدار جمعي از نمايندگان منتخب مجلس دهم به همراه عارف نماينده محترم مردم تهران با مراجع عظام تقليد يك شنبه‌گذشته روي خروجي خبرگزاري‌ها رفت. مراجع عظام تقليد دغدغه‌هاي خود را در حوزه سياسي و اقتصادي مطرح كردند و خواستار رسيدگي به وضعيت اقتصادي محرومين و مستضعفين شدند.
در اين ميان ديدار عارف و همراهان با حضرت آيت‌الله العظمي جوادي آملي به دليل طرح بحث دياثت سياسي و اقتصادي، سر وصدايي ايجاد كرد.
معظم له در اين ديدار صريح و بي‌پرده فرمودند: «كساني كه راه نفوذ بيگانگان را در فضاي اقتصادي و سياسي به روي كشور مي‌گشايند، ديوث هستند.»
برخي خبرگزاري‌ها به جاي واژه «ديوث» فقط به واژه «بي‌غيرت» اكتفا كردند و از اين مبحث گذشتند اما برخي خبرگزاري‌ها اين واژه را عيناً آوردند. انتظار مي‌رفت دفتر آيت الله جوادي آملي در توضيح اين مطلب از آن عبور كند و به نوعي آن را رُفت و روب نمايد اما در توضيح اين تعبير بيش از
8 بار كلمه «دياثت» و «ديوث» را به شرح زير تكرار كرد؛
«آنچه در فهم درست رهنمودهاي حضرت استاد حائز اهميت است، کاربرد اصطلاح «دياثت» در دانش فقه و اخلاق است که با کاربرد عرفي آن، تفاوت زيادي دارد.توضيح اينکه فقيهان شيعه، در ابواب قضاء، حدود و شهادات، بر اساس روايات معتبر امامان معصوم (عليهم السلام) احکام متعددي براي «ديوث» و «دياثت» مطرح کرده‌اند. همان‌طور که در کتاب شريف مجمع البحرين آمده در اصطلاح ايشان، «ديوث» به مرد بى‌غيرتي گفته مي‌شود که مردان بيگانه را بر همسرش وارد مى‌کند.
