Persian (Farsi) term or phrase: بر آمدن
Greetings,

I assume this is a compound verb. I wish to ask the exact meaning as used in the expression
هر چه زود بر آيد، دير نپايد.» اين اشاره

Incidentally, my dictionary translates this as “Soon ripe soon rotten”.

All the best, and many thanks,

Simon

arise, appear

Explanation:

هر چه زود برآيد، دير نپايد». اين سخن حاوي چنين نكته‌اي است كه هر كاري كه مي‌بايد به كمال و رسايي برسد، نيازمند شكيبايي و صبر است. با تمرين و تجربه است كه صفتي والا به دست مي‌آيد.
As you see the proverb means that whatever appears first and very soon does not last. patience, effort and practice are required in order to reach perfection .
