Thank you for sharing the link. It seems 'withdrawal' refers to the "symptoms that can occur after long-term use of a drug is reduced or stopped."

https://www.drugabuse.gov/publications/media-guide/glossary

In the same glossary, the term 'stop' is used in the sense of ترک. Another word used in that sense is 'cessation' in the following Wikipedia article.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Addiction

I am not sure about 'rehabilitation', as it corresponds to توان‌بخشی or بازپروری. It is a "process of medical or psychotherapeutic treatment for dependency on psychoactive substances," which doesn't exactly correspond to the mean of ترک.

Notes to answerer
Asker: "Withdrawal. Medications and devices can help suppress withdrawal symptoms during detoxification. Detoxification is not in itself "treatment," but only the first step in the process." (https://www.drugabuse.gov/publications/drugfacts/treatment-approaches-drug-addiction)
