Finnish term or phrase: korostunut verisuonitus tk:lla
Medical notes:

"Otoskopiassa korostunut verisuonitus tk:lla."

It appears (from the research I've done) that "korostunut" describes the condition of the venation (verisuonitus), but I have no idea what term this corresponds to in English.

What does "korostunut" mean in this context, and what does "tk" stand for?

English translation:prominent blood vessels on the tympanic membrane
Explanation:
I find "korostunut" is often a tricky one to translate into English in the medical context. As it seems that it's not normal to see any blood vessels on the actual tympanic membrane (but around the handle of the malleus and the ear canal), I think I'd go for "prominent" in this context.

agree  Pertti Hietaranta: Judging by the context, the venation on the TM is distinguishable in an unusually high degree, so if you're looking for an adjectival construction, I think "prominent" is a good choice (s.v. "korostua" - https://www.kielitoimistonsanakirja.fi/netmot)
