"Alikriittinen eristys, jolloin suurimman häiriötaajuuden vaakaviivan ja kuormituksen pystyviivan leikkauspiste osuu resonanssikäyrän värillisen alueen alarajalle tai alapuolelle, on käytännössä lähinnä äänisillan katkaisu ja resonanssin syntymisen ehkäisy."

Are they talking about using a noise bridge (antenna analyser)? If so, what is one supposed to do with it here?
