Please, let me try and break this down
MRI= magnetic resonance imaging.
Ischemic=
An inadequate supply of blood to a part of the body, caused by partial or total blockage of an artery
Lesion=
A localized pathological change in a bodily organ or tissue

Alltough Ischemic Lesion can be associated with the brain it can also be associated with a heart and liver etc. and in that sense they each have their own term, so since I do not have further information on this I would like to suggest “growth” but perhaps focal changes could be a better option under the circumstances.
