My guess is ruokailu but I can't find anything to confirm this.

Occurs twice so far in medical records:

"Ei tiedossa sydänsairauksia, rlkl ei ole valitellut."

"Ei ennakko-oireita, ei rlkl."

It could also be riki or something else, because the resolution of the source is pretty poor and it's hard to make out.
