Termium gives the translation, "performance integration booklet," but this sounds like an employee handbook to me.

"La DRH a mis au point de nouveaux support destines a faciliter la transmission d'informations. Un livret d'integration contenant des fiches pratiques sur la structure et le fonctionnement de l'entreprise est constitue sous la forme d'un classeur. Les differentes sections sont commentees lors de l'accueil le premier jour et au cours des rendez-vous ulterieurs. Elles peuvent etre facilement remises a jour et completees par le collaborateur".
