Reference: the table of contents and text of the Wetboek... Reference information: can be found at: http://www.monkey.be/db/?vrb.dll&root=t:Editiesado.2&file=RE...{menu-root}&taal=NL# It apparently deals with fees, charges, levies, and the like. My main concern with the word 'tax' is the potential confusion with taxes such as income tax, corporate tax and VAT, which fall outside the scope of this Code. |
