A wierd word. Given the presumably Belgian source, I though it might be a borrowing from French, but if so it is also rare at best in French (in the form (des)infracteur) according to Google. Maybe it's an invention by someone who knows enough Latin to be dangerous.

Based on the Latin root, an 'infractor' in this context could be a splitter or splitter manifold (i.e., a 'waarmteverdeler'), in which case a 'desinfractor' would logically be a combiner manifold (or possibly a plenum) -- as long as you don't object to convoluted constructions.
