"zunne" is vlaams dialect for the "Hollands" tag "hoor"; and generally, when written, these types of interjections are only indicative of a specific inflection of voice or tone in the way one speaks. They are not really translatable.

As for "zunne", I don't know off the top of my head who pronounces it this way (with a 'u'), but usually in many of the Flemish dialects this interjection is either "ze", "zulle", "zolle" (rond Hageland) and "hé" or "wi" (in West Vlaanderen) or something to that effect.

"zenne" (with an 'e', not a 'u') is closest to this, which reminds me of Antwerps, so I'm guessing this might be just another phoeneticism in spelling it with a 'u' to reflect a type of laziness in the pronunciation, perhaps with mouth a bit more closed than with "zenne" and with the lips protruding somewhat. It's a linguistic matter... not a translation matter.

So, I'm a little unconvinced it's used in the same manner as "you know", given that there are clearer expressions used for that ("weetjewel" or "weetje", for example).
