Les produits structurés sont des produits financiers qui combinent un placement monétaire ou obligataire (support du produit structuré) avec un instrument financier statique ou géré.

Les instruments financiers servant de support aux produit structurés sont émis par des institutions financières et peuvent revêtir la forme de Titre de Créances Négociables, par exemple de CD (certificat de dépôt) allant de une semaine à deux ans ou des Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN), de fonds structurés agréés par les régulateurs locaux, ou de véhicules d’émission spécialement constitués à cet effet (certificats ou warrants dédiés), de maturité en générale plus longue.

Les instruments financiers statiques sont les dérivés négociés sur des marchés de gré à gré ou réglementés dont la valeur varie en fonction de l’évolution d’un actif financier appelé sous-jacent.

In een Nederlandse tekst ben ik "managed futures" tegengekomen, dus "managed" zou ook nog een oplossing geweest zijn, maar in combinatie met "beleggingsinstrument"vond ik dat vreemd klinken. Dynamisch is volgens mij niet correct omdat "dynamic products" of "produits dynamics" ook bestaan (geldmarkt). Omdat "actively managed" ook op andere plaatsen in de tekst voorkomt, en daar dus als "actief beheerd" moet worden vertaald, hou ik het hier maar op "beheerd". Bedankt!

In een Nederlandse tekst ben ik "managed futures" tegengekomen, dus "managed" zou ook nog een oplossing geweest zijn, maar in combinatie met "beleggingsinstrument"vond ik dat vreemd klinken. Dynamisch is volgens mij niet correct omdat "dynamic products" of "produits dynamics" ook bestaan (geldmarkt).
