Deze betekenis is in die zin aannemelijk dat in jouw stukje 'l'article et l'épinglé' naast elkaar staan, dus 'een artikel en .. (een ander soort tekst?)

Het is een mogelijkheid, maar het zou ook iets anders kunnen betekenen.
