In een gespreksscenario voor de benadering van een prospect voor een pilotproject wordt een aantal keren de term verrouillage (in een kop) genoemd. Daarna volgt een vraag. Tot nu toe heb ik dat vertaald met 'controlevraag', maar ik weet niet zeker of dat wel klopt. 'Vergrendeling' lijkt mij hier niet de juiste term.
