"Un manchon de protection protège l’émergence cutanée du cathéter du risque de rupture du au clampage répété."

Ik heb wel de uitleg in het Frans gevonden, maar ik weet niet hoe dit in het Nederlands wordt vertaald: "Le cathéter à émergence cutanée comporte un embout de quelques centimètres, qui dépasse de la peau. On branche directement les perfusions sur cet embout : il n'y a pas à piquer. Mais, en dehors des perfusions, la personne doit continuellement porter un pansement. Il est possible de prendre une douche (avec un pansement en plastique étanche) mais les bains sont déconseillés (ce qui n'empêche pas certains patients d'en prendre, en protégeant bien sûr leur cathéter avec un pansement étanche)."

Explanation:
als ik de uitleg goed begrepen heb, is dit de plaats waar de katheter naar buiten komt door de huid. Om geen omschrijvingen te hoeven te gebruiken, zou ik er een dergelijk samengesteld zelfst. nmw van maken....is maar een gok...misschien zijn er ECHTE experts aanwezig....
