Legs & Dons en contrepartie d'Actifs immobilisés Testamentary Gifts (legacies & devises) & Lifetime Donations made in consideration of Fixed Assets Explanation: I think the gifts are made in return for fixed assets brought into the company. 'Legs' also needs to be watched. It is not only legacies or bequests of personalty (chattels and money as personal property) biut also devises of realty (e.g. of land & buildings). Leaseholds in ENG land law are a (shameful) hybrid called a 'chattel real'. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2019-05-14 15:14:44 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Predicated on Daryo's helpful comments, an accounting-fitter - rather than pithier - translation might be '(Value-matched) Fixed Assets originating from Testamentary Gifts and Lifetime Donations' Reference: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/french-to-english/investment-secur... |
