I don't know what "press coopérative" is in the following:
The context is an agreement between a company's publicity agency, and a model and her model agency. In the section on assignment of rights it lists the uses to which the images may be put:
"tout type de presse écrite exlcusivement à titre rédactionnel, notamment et non limitativement grand public, professionnelle, presse coopérative, y compris les couvertures de supports."

I'm guessing that it is nothing more or less than a Scop (société cooperative de production) - see link below. Maybe they have to be mentioned explicitly to cover all legal contingencies (I seem to recall that some famous photojournalism agencies were run as cooperatives).
