  -> I understood classes. The context could go both ways. Confusion of plurals, owing to haste.
disagree  Tony M: Faux ami! These sorts of 'courses' are 'races' / Faux ami means a word that appears the same in both languages, but actually means something different. 'course' never means a class in FR, so it's not that the context is unclear.

two races every/anyone can afford


Explanation:
Or "two affordable races for all-comers".

Though for the French market that should probably be something like "two apeugeotable races for all boxxers" (remember the Commer van, RIP).

Remember too that French does not really have a word for "afford", si je peux me permettre, and the closest they come is je ne peux me le permettre or ce n'est pas abordable, or ce n'est pas accessible à tout le monde.

The budget réduit bit merely underlines this: "two affordable races for anyone on a tight budget".

If it is some kind of poor man's Paris-Dakar, then "race" is not really the word. Since they avoid raid and rallye, can we can assume course is used in the way mountain climbers use it? Not that I can think how English-speaking mountain climbers might express that ...

On parle de course de neige, de glace, de rocher, suivant le terrain concerné. Certaines sont dites mixtes, lorsque l'itinéraire comprend des portions de glacier et de rocher.
