French term or phrase: support
Terms and conditions from an advertising management agency (i.e. a Régie, rather than a commercial agency producing adverts).

"Support" means medium when talking about most things, but in this document one of its uses is identified by a leading capital, and this, in the singular or the plural, is actually referring to the TV broadcasters involved.

• Fichier média numérique P.A.D haute définition
• Cassette HD CAM 1080i/50

... I suppose "Broadcaster" might be one possibility... any views?

agree  Katie Gibson: I agree you'll have to use different terms- broadcasters in the first few cases, then hard copy, and the following two formats.

Notes to answerer
Asker: thanks... I'm not sure: in this case these entities are definitely commercial organisations. In fact when I put "various TV channels" for reasons of confidentiality, it might have been clearer to say "TV broadcasting companies". "Platform" might still be right: disconcertingly, the text sometimes says "... [message] mis *sur* le Support"...
