J'ai du mal à trouver une traduction pour ce terme. Pour le moment, j'ai mis "operational staff (member)" mais je trouve cela vraiment moyen.
Toute aide serait très appréciée !

***Les opérationnels*** => il s’agit de la personne qui a le lien d’affaires (exemple pour un fournisseur, il s’agit de l’acheteur, ou le prescripteur en l’absence d’acheteur, pour la partie client c’est le niveau commercial N+1, responsable de vente (semences et alimentaire) responsable de secteur (pôle agricole)).

Pour les relations existantes ***l’opérationnel*** en charge des contrats effectue l’évaluation pour ses contrats en cours dont la durée restante est d’au moins six mois et / ou avant tout renouvellement de contrat éventuel quelle qu’en soit la durée.

Asker: Thanks so much for your proposal Lara. In the end, I decided to go with "operations officer" as I tend to agree with others who commented that "operative" seems more appropriate for someone performing a "manual" type job, not someone negotiating contracts.
