French to English translations [PRO]
Business/Commerce (general) / about growing your holiday rental business
French term or phrase: parc aidant
À terme, et développement de ton parc aidant, tu devra recruter des Greeters et t’assurer que toutes les opérations d’accueils sont réalisées en temps et en heure, avec la qualité escomptée.

My translation: At some point, and with the development of your business, you will need to recruit Greeters and ensure that all reception operations are carried out on time and to the expected quality.

parc aidant -- I just can't find that term anywhere.

Explanation:
I agree with whatevere native speakers of FR have suggested this in the discussion — I think Asker is just getting confused by rather misleading parsing. 'aidant' here is not an adjective qualifying 'parc' — in fact, it is the 'développement' that is doing the 'aidant'

You will obviously need to increase your support staff... but having more and more properties will also make this possible

I hope I don't need to say that of course my suggestion is not intended to be the finished wording, but just to give an idea of how to interpret this construction as used here!

I stuck with business to be more general, but pool of properties makes sense too.

Backup pool

Explanation:
I would work in some variation of this or “operations”, eg “In due course, when you’ve built up a strong backup pool/ a strong pool of backup support/ operational backup...”
