film's success is what I'm thinking but not totally sure many thanks

L’ARTISTEs’engage :

success
Explanation:
You're right - it can be expressed much more concisely in English.

Since all the bullet points are negatives, you could say "The artist will not (1) do anything that would adversely affect the film's success..."

agree  Nikki Scott-Despaigne: Often used to mean "smooth running" of something, but in this instance, what follows clearly makes this the best solution.

Reference: exploitation

Reference information:
I think that the author is referring to exploitation commerciale of a film and to the fact that artists must make sure they don't disrupt it .

See for instance:

The English term ‘exploitation’ is used in this EU source :

" The effect of non-harmonised mandatory rules in national copyright contract law on the international exploitation of films...
Three Member States which did not provide for author's rights for film directors were fundamentally opposed to this provision and suspected it to cause difficulties for the exploitation of films in their territories’...
The exploitation of film works has also been the subject of discussion at international level."

I’m aware that the way EU documents are written may be different from the way native speakers write but I thought I'd point out this possible meaning and let other, more qualified people deal with it if necessary.
