French term or phrase: remise a` disposition d'un serveur
If remise au disposition means "deployemnt", then how does it fit in this sentence?

Pour les autres pannes (remise a` disposition d'un nouveau serveur), selon leur gravite', le mode de'grade' peut durer de 2 a` 3 mois.

putting a new server into service
Explanation:
I think this is all it means - if it's a new server, then the French should really be "mise" rather than "remise".
