Depends on the fuller context, of course (giving us more not less never does any harm, here, f'rinstance, other "subtitles" might have been useful...:-) ) but anyway, I'm assuming that these "themes" are in fact subjects covered by the training. Indeed, you may have several "Thème aaaaaa" headings, where "aaaaa" is some kind of adjective. In any event, whether you have several or not, I would be inclined just to drop the "theme" bit and turn the adjective into a noun - hence Administration. Similarly, if you have a "Thème comptable", I'd just call it "Accounting", and so on. It's jusy stylistic - think what you'd call the section if you were writing the English from scratch, and call it that !
