This is a line in a list of items in a due diligence report relating to the sale of a warehouse facility on an industrial estate.

The whole item is : Détail clôture - muret technique

The line before is about photographs of the site and the line after is about the motorbike parking area, so no help there.

Neither the fencing nor the wall are mentioned elsewhere and no other details are given. I don't have photos of the site.

When I google the French term I get lots of nice photos of what the term refers to, but I don't know what the correct term is in English.

I'm looking for a term in BE. Technical wall?
