Explanation: So this has to be the cash desk/unit, where people bring the goods whey want to buy and pay, where the cashiers "encaissent" (in more ways than one, probably). I guess there will be all sorts of electronic wizardry, in addition to a telephone, pneumatic systems for sending cash back to the central cashier, etc. to keep track of monies received and prevent people stealing from the till when the cashier's back is turned. |
