disagree  Daryo: where is "emprise" in all this? Can't see any kind of "separation" either ... Legally this street is a "highway", not a "right of way", also.

agree  Corbett AM: I'd extend that to boundary wall, if you also include the source text mur sur l'emprise ... wall along the boundary line meaning boundary wall - do you agree?
