utilities or appliances Explanation: probably appliances, although an odd way of putting it. a service cannot really be "removed" from the apt afterward. "équipements matériels" is almost always followed by "lourds" which underlines the notion of referring to an object- i am assuming that in this contect they are talking about household appliances that have to be removed. these appliances are non fixés à demeure in other words do not come with the place, remain the property of the renter |

equipment and fittings Explanation: I think this should read 'équipements, matériels et installations' instead of équipements matériels' as further on you have 'desdits équipement, matériel et installation'. This is most likely referring to fittings (as opposed to fixtures). ...What is the difference between fixtures and fittings? In English law fixtures are regarded as part of the land or building to which they are attached, and are therefore classified as real property. Fittings are not regarded as attached to land or buildings and so are moveable. The distinction comes into play when business premises are bought, since a buyer can expect, if there are not special arrangements, to get fixtures as well as land and buildings. http://www.bcentral.co.uk/admin/organise/propertyfaq/Fixture... |
